Spanning approximately 40,000m², the building incorporates office spaces, R&D labs, model shops, cafeterias, commercial kitchens, basement car parking, and advanced manufacturing facilities.

A key project objective is to deliver cost-effective solutions by carefully analyzing capital and operational expenses associated with all service decisions. With a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability, Mesh has designed streamlined yet scalable building services to support the evolving needs of the business.
