Mesh has played a key role in multiple projects at Dress Smart, including the anticipated Stage 8 Development and ambience upgrades to the communal mall areas (completed in 2024). The Stage 8 Development comprises a significant retail expansion alongside a new food and beverage precinct, designed to revitalize the connection to Onehunga town centre, featuring a grand new entrance to the mall. The project also includes additional parking, WCs, storage areas and a secondary loading zone, to enhance mall operations and overall functionality.
