This new $15m greenfield school was delivered as a bundle and included two full schools. Ngakoroa School consists of an administration and multi purpose hall building, 2-storey teaching block, special needs school, whare, PDU and external parking.

Mesh was engaged as part of a design build team, bringing a focus to cost control and value for money, the project was delivered successfully to budget and ahead of time.
