As part of a vision to revitalise the central CBD’s Arts Quarter, Bledisloe House is an exciting development that will reconfigure this heritage-listed building into a refreshed 11,000 square metres of office space. A collaboration with owner MRCB, RCP and Peddlethrop, design is currently underway. It features communal and hospitality areas on the ground floor and the architecture emphasises meticulous attention to detail and exposed services.
