Mesh was engaged for the refurbishment and re-positioning of AIA’s existing 12,000m2 head office, to create a multi-tenant offering for an anchor tenant and two levels of co-working space.

Existing services consisted of exposed installation, which were generally retained, reconfigured and added onto, to suit the fitout design requirements.

Works were undertaken with the ground level tenancy live, including a childcare centre, a 24/7 medical center, dental practice and gym.
